Association Meetings
Members are encouraged to attend quarterly neighborhood meetings and participate in neighborhood events and projects.
Board elections are held each spring. Meetings are usually held at 6 p.m. at Dean Highland Elementary School, located on 3300 Maple Avenue, Waco TX 76707. Here’s the school on a map:
Membership
Membership in the association is open to anyone that is interested in the objectives of the association. However, voting membership is only available to residents that own or occupy a home or own and operate a business or organization in the neighborhood.

Becoming a member is free, but we encourage you to pay membership dues as well. Current membership dues are donation-based with a suggested donation amount of $30 per family/home. Once you sign up, we will send you a link to our Venmo account, where you can donate an amount that you are comfortable with.
